Labor Relations Task Team

The Labor Relations Task Team is charged with negotiations on behalf of Chicagoland Roofing Council Contractor firms with the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local 11 leadership. The group meets as needed, with significant time invested during periods of contract negotiations.

Joint Grievance Board

The Joint Grievance Board, resolves disputes between workers and the management of Chicagoland Roofing Council firms and the workforce. Rulings by this group are binding immediately following judgment.

Scholarship Committee

The CRC Scholarship Committee awards scholarship funding to Chicagoland Roofing Council United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local 11 employee dependents for higher education or vocational school.

This group, appointed by the President of CRCA, liaison’s with various safety councils around the country. Additionally, the group works closely with OSHA at a local and national level to further safety in the Roofing and Waterproofing industry.
