12/06/2010: The Chicagoland Roofing Council displayed at GREENBUILD2010 Chicago this year.  We were pleased to meet new friends and renew relationships.  CRC publishes new brochures for the program.  Demand was big for the CRC Garden Roof Video.

11/15/2010: CRC Published in the Illinois Real Estate Journal on Green and Garden Roofing.

11/6/2010: CRC Members, Roofers Local 11, and manufacturer, distributor and manufacturers reps donate a New Roof at The Fire Museum of Greater Chicago. 

10/05/2010: The Chicagoland Roofing Council spoke at the Association of Licensed Architects - Construction Specifications Institute - Chicago Chapter Trade Show on Garden Roofing Systems, and building/fire codes, along with Roofing Contractor Licensing.  Over 80 people attended, for the 1-1/2 hour session.

6/14-16/2010: CRC Members Jim Petry, Joe McDevitt, Rod Petrick, and Executive Director Bill McHugh spoke at BUILDEXChicago2010.

6/17/2010: CRC's Jim Petry and Bill McHugh attended the Green Roof Summit at the Center for Green Technologies, Chicago.  CRC offerred ways to help the Garden Roof Concept stay alive in Chicago. CRC's new Trade Show Booth makes it's inaugural appearance!

6/1/2010: CRC Announces the new look to it's website, with tons of new information. 

5/20/2010: CRC attends the International Code Council's Final Action Hearings to provide input on code development proposal public comments.

5/13/2010: CRC's participation at BISNOW brought several requests for information about green and garden roofs.

4/1/2010: The Building Green Chicago Show was a big success for the Council, with many learning about why Garden Roof makes sense for Chicago due to water runoff reduction.  Visit the home page to see the program.

2/15/2010: CRC's Leadership meets and plans are underway to build the Chicagland Roofing Council as an expert in Roofing, Waterproofing, and Air Barriers in Chicagoland and Beyond.

1/20/2010: CRC Debuted the "Garden Roof Video" at CRCA's 2010 Trade Show, Drury Lane, Oak Brook, IL
